The 24.04.4 ISOs haven't been released yet (that's due to happen in a 
couple of days). This is normal behavior - the package that identifies 
which release of Ubuntu you're on gets updated to refer to the next 
point release *before* that release goes out. That way when the new ISOs 
are released, they identify themselves correctly. The new ISOs should be 
released on February 22.

The point releases are really just rebuilt ISOs that have all the 
package updates that were released before the point release. I don't pay 
much attention to the point release value of an installed system, I just 
care that I'm on the right major release (22.04) and that I have all 
software updates installed.
