apt-offline

Hi All,

I desire to upgrade a 20.04 to 22.04 offline
I have no access to the current 20.04 system until I get there (some day in
the future).
This article

suggests I FIRST have to run a command then goto a system with internet
access....

This is not possible

How can I upgrade and just say "do it"    I cannot take anything out of the
site, I can only take into the site.

how can I accomplish this?
