Fresh install of Ubuntu 24 on a Dell laptop. Don't remember specifying
anything. So I'd say "by default". By the way, today, most Android
devices enable this by default also... :)
But I did finally find that setting in the "Advanced Network"
configuration app (not from the task bar, but the separate app)... :)
