Installation of Ubuntu in BTRFS subvolumes

Hi,

I'd like to install Ubuntu with BTRFS and subvolumes.
I'd like to have a subvolume @ for /, @home for /home, and some more.
Is there a way to create these subvolumes during the installation and force the installation to use them?

I found some instructions creating the subvolumes before and using them during the installation, but didn't succeed.
