emacs: another snap success story

After updating to noble emacs is now a snap, apparently. It crashes when run  
as root, with a big console dump referencing various paths in /snap/emacs.  
At least it runs fine (apparently) as non-root. I couldn't find an existing  
bug, so I created one.

Also, I was hoping that noble would fix the broken firefox snap, that  
requires DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS environment variable to be explicitly set  
when launching firefox in a VNC session. Alas, that is still the case…
