Failure installing Ubuntu 24.04 on an USB stick

Even if I found the reason, it would be probably difficult to fix the
problem or find a workaround.

I haven't found out yet where to file a bug report for the installer and
where to inspect the already filed bug reports. I'll look some longer...

Do you happen to know if the installer is packaged as an Ubuntu package?
