windows/ubuntu dual boot

As part of the testing, found some site, that illustrated how to get
to the page to "update" windows, recreate image, etc.. one of the
boxes to "reverse/go back to previous version" had been greyed out
with the dialog saying the update had happened longer than X days in
the past.."

So, it may have been that I did something back in the past, and the
system doesn't have the dual boot configured.

Although, there is a "lenovo" "D" drive, that's displayed, but not accessible!

thanks
