The packages you listed from the Ubuntu security archive (presumably the 
same for the LinuxMint one) have been superseded by later updates. The 
versions apt is trying to download no longer exists which is why you're 
getting errors. You're package lists are probably stale so doing another 
apt update and then upgrade should remedy the problem.
