due to the time_t64 transition to make arm32 bit capable to not run
into its very own Y2K disaster in 2038 when the size of the int
variable for timestamps runs out of space, there was also the xz
compression algorithm security breakage that caused a good bunch of
packages in the archive to be rolled back and requiring a re-build ... 
the noble archive is as announced in broken state currently and will
take a while to get sorted out ...
