I think not as I did a -d from Mantic to Noble some long time ago, fo the most
part it "was" very good, I had some hitches but until a few days ago i was
happy (with Noble along side Jammy duel boot)

the last few upgrades (if i should call them that?) have caused problems

1) I lost Waterfox effectively (Tabs crashing) but that I cured with help from
list

2) I lost network(ing) & filemanager, after a complete reinstall of
networkmanager & dependacies (took a while to work thru that list an dget them
all) I had the network back

3) with my new found network it was time for a full-upgrade (it had been a week
or more between) and lost Wine, Compiz (on wrong box now for full list of held
back compiz files)

so for now I can either have an endless login loop or a terminal
(Ctrl=Alt+F1-6) so until someone knows the way out of that ... I will wait a
while for "maybe" the next upgrade that could bring back compiz (and I guess
with it the desktop??)
