Configuring grub-efi-amd64-signed how not show

I need to run this command with no prompts.

I did
export DEBIAN_FRONTEND=noninteractive
dpkg --configure -a

it runs - but then I exit the ssh connection and log back in
and run
dpkg --configure -a

and it PROMPTS me with the big window with title "Configuring
grub-efi-amd64-signed"

How do I run the command and have it "do its thing" but not be prompted ?
