After a few reboots Win7 (sdb normally) is not there, i.e.
$blkid shows only sda (Lunar) & sdb (becomes Mantic), I don't think it is a
Ubuntu problem, but an oddity of this Dell box,
$shutdown now -r
just hangs at the Dell Screen, after that I have to cycle power to boot, then
Win7 is missing
