Ubuntu 22.04 connecting monitor USB-C

I am trying to connect a second monitor with USB-C.

When I connect the USB-C cable and power on the LCD - I dont see anything
on linux.

lshw -C display
still only shows my one display.

dmesg shows

How do I get this display working?   I am also using 6.2.0-26
