linux-firmware-1.187.36 - > 39 (20.04)

SO I noticed that this package has been bumped to 1.187.39
Why is the old file not available ?

I am doing an autoinstall - and it fails on trying to install 1.187.36 as
not found.
I understand a BUMP - but why is the old one not still there so that
installs still continue.
Especially since 20.04.6 is still the release and that is the file in the
release.
I can see removing a file when 20.04.7 comes out.
