Wow! Impressive stuff.

For now, that's not a problem: I am the family wage-earner, and in a
full-time job. I can barely lift a pint with my right hand, and I
can't lift my daughter or embrace my fiancée with my right arm, but I
can type with it, and that -- sadly -- is the most important thing.
I just bought my first ever car, as well. I traded in my mother's
manual-shift car and bought a plug-in hybrid with automatic gear
change, the first automatic I have driven since my dad started to
teach me 40 years ago. But it means I can use my left hand to steer
without worrying about having to use my shattered right arm to steer
while changing gear.
Over here, of course, our cars are right-hand drive and about 90% of
cars are manual gearchange. Automatics are rare and looked down upon
by car enthusiasts; there is an argument on my FB right now about
this.
