Hi Pavel,

Ubuntu 23.10 is still under development so I recommend you talk to the
people on the development mailing list -
https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/Ubuntu-devel-discuss

Beta releases are not expected to be run in production environments and are
known to have issues that users of the production environment are unlikely
to be aware of.
