Ubuntu One password reset not sending email

The Ubuntu help list is not Ubuntu One.

Go to https://login.ubuntu.com/

Click on the "Support" link at the bottom of the page.

Click on "Other/4: I tried to reset my SSO password but didn't get the
email with instructions.  Help?"

Read what is there carefully.

If all else fails, click on the "Contact ISD" link in the last
paragraph of that page. Scroll down to the "Contact" section. Read it
carefully. There is a contact address there.
