OK, now my certbot is 2.6.0 by snap package:

<quote>
soyeomul at bionic190316003:~$ which certbot
/snap/bin/certbot
soyeomul at bionic190316003:~$ certbot --version
certbot 2.6.0
soyeomul at bionic190316003:~$ lsb_release -d
Description:	Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS
soyeomul at bionic190316003:~$
</quote>

Tested is done. No failure! No trouble!

Thanks to all Ubuntu hackers ^^^

Sincerely, Byung-Hee (Ubuntu 18.04 user)
