OT: Do you know a Linux compatible shell app for iOS/iPadOS, to write scripts on an iPad and then to use those scripts with Xubuntu?

Hi,

do you know a Linux compatible shell app for iPads?

I want to mainly use it to write shell scripts on an iPad and later use
those scripts on a Xubuntu (and/or other Linux or BSD) machine, but also
for other work.

I don't necessarily want to get access to another machine, OTOH since
I've got a freeshell account, it's nice if this is provided, too.
However, I'm not locking for an SSH client. If possible I want to use
commands like "ls", "mv", "strings", to access the iPadOS user
directories of apps, but I guess this is not supported.

I want bash and/or dash or at least more or less Linux/BSD
compatibility, to e.g. use commands such as tar, to extract e.g. sound
files for usage with iPadOS music apps, hence an option to share data is
required.

Again, mainly it should be a terminal emulation that works without
internet access, to write and test sh scripts.

Maybe compiling and using something like imagemagick is possible?

In a nutshell:
Is sharing data supported? If so, in what way/s?
Is the shell app maintained?
How well does readline, shell history support etc. work?
Does it provide a special display keyboard with ctrl and arrow keys?
Does it remember the shell history after closing the app?
Is the source code available?
What license is used?
Does it support bashisms and/or a not too freakish editor?
Is it free as in beer or available for a reasonable one-time payment?
What data is collected?
And so on...

those apps aren't usable. I didn't remove the apps, since I want to
watch the development.
