It's less a matter of the extension itself than finding one with servers in the country you want.  If you're willing to get a $$ one, that's probably not a problem.  But for free versions I found a lot advertise the countries (if they mention them at all) based on the paid version but the countries available in the free version were more limited.  I had to try several.  And like all free versions you pay with your privacy and browsing information rather than money.  That's why I relegated it to Chrome which I don't use for anything else.
