the file comes from blink (the chromium rendering engine) ... i guess
draw.io is an electron app (which is essentialy blink with nodejs
support) so something is missing/broken on that level ... 

note that draw.io is published by upstream in the snap store and works
stable and well from there ... https://snapcraft.io/drawio
