There is an option to mount an iso file directly into the virtual CD
drive in VB. If your Win USB install flash drive is an iso, that
should work.
Otherwise I would check the VB forums for help - they've been
generally quite good for my needs.
You could also ask which VB version is best to install on your host.
Also try a web search for how to install windows on VB from a USB
drive - I got several hits (don't need them, but one or more should
work)
