How do I find installed application zoom

You don't. The app is fired up from a web browser -- it is not a "typical"
desktop application. Visit zoom.us, login (if needed) and then start or join a
meeting (possibly using a meeting Link URL). The zoom.us webpage will fork the
zoom application automagically.
