20.04 archive fail

I get this message with trying to install

E: Failed to fetch
http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/l/linux-firmware/linux-firmware_1.187.36_all.deb


Why is this file not present ? its on the 20.04.6-live iso ???

ubuntu-20.04.6-live-server-amd64.iso is my start ISO and its on there.

ls -l /mnt/live/pool/main/l/linux-firmware/
total 131259
-r--r--r-- 1 root root 134409056 Jan 26 07:24
linux-firmware_1.187.36_all.deb
