What you have described, is what I regard as a malignancy. They are 
increasing, causing me to wonder whether they are something from the 
chinese imperial government, or the russian imperial government.

It is like outlook.com and hotmail.com blocking email that I send to 
siblings, in an effort to expand the control of the empire of the MS 
borg (as opposed to the google empire borg).

In Australia, I also encounter a similar malignancy named cloudflare, 
that blocks access to various web sites, including my hostings ISP.
