Migrate Outlook into Thunderbird?

Your needs may be different, but I would just put MBOX files produced by 
readpst into

~/.thunderbird/<your TB profile>/Mail/Local Folders/

naming them as needed. These will appear as folders in your TB's Local 
Folders. From there you can drag them to any account/profile you wish, 
local or IMAP on some server. In this case there is no such thing as 
“import” in TB...
