window borders completely disappeared how do I recover?

Good afternoon,

  I am running 22.04.1 LTS and have a situation I have been unable to 
correct. The borders on all 4 sides have vanished and the window fills 
the entire screen. I am unable to move, resize or otherwise manipulate 
the window.  What do I do to recover them so I can resize the window or 
regain control.
