It looks familiar so, yes. it is quite possibly one of them. *However*,
hardinfo states that Intel Integrated Graphics Are in use:
Intel 82G33/G31 Express Integrated Graphics Controller
What does the Ubuntu drivers tool say? If it offers anything, install
