so I got the cheap chinese camera and could connect to it as a wifi

It only has one port open according to nmap and that is 10002 tcp.
The instructions say to download 365cam and I was hoping to
find an ubuntu package that supports that format.
However, no luck. Any siggestions?
I tried wget and vlc with various URL's but no luck.
