Can you post your dmesg log here? Run "sudo dmesg | nc termbin.com 9999"
in a terminal - this will output a link that you can send here for
people to look through for potential problems. If even a clean
re-install didn't fix the problem, I'm suspecting a driver/kernel
problem. You might also see if Firefox works right when run from the
Ubuntu 22.04.1 live ISO, and also try Ubuntu 22.10 and see how it behaves.
