why would snaps require any internet connection ... such installs
typically run a local store in air-gapped mode or get updated through
gpg signed USB keys etc ...
snaps have zero requirement for internet connectivity (well, unless the
apps inside the snap are things that require internet indeed,
industrial turbines, sheet metal presses, medical devices etc usually
do not come sith such apps though)
