I'm not sure what you mean by "in this context".  Snap is snap.  Google
suggests:

It's much easier for you to answer that question, than us.

Run "snap" on your system (at the CLI) and see what it says.  If it
says "Command not found", you don't have it.  If you get some help
output, you have it.
