I think it will work on the Toshiba - if the Toshiba *can* boot from a
USB, it ought to boot with this process. Most bootable USB creator
programs use a significantly different process than the one outlined
before, and I've seen this method work when others failed.
Also you don't have to use the Toshiba to make the USB - you should be
able to do it on a faster laptop too if you want.
