Hello!

I had this happen more than once when I upgraded from 22.04 to 22.10.
My google searches at the time implied this might happen when upgrading from
previous Kubuntu versions to 22.10 and that the only sure-fire way to avoid
problems like this was to do a fresh install of 22.10.

I choose not to, and reverted back to 22.04 instead, but added the plasma
team's (or whatever they're called) backports instead to get a slightly
newer KDE desktop - which was my original intention with this exercise.

YMMV of course!
