22.04 hwe and kernel command line ip

Has the settings for setting static IP,gateway, dns changed for the 6.2.0
kernels for the kernel command line?

I was doing my normal setup/install and on boot - it said
could not find network and the address was listed as 0.0.0.0

I have something like on the kernel command line
ip=192.168.1.199::192.168.1.1:22:::none:8.8.8.8
