I think they can all do it, but only via Setting (ie establish a new 
account with the different address). I don't think any of them allow you 
to modify the From or Reply-To header **field** live in a single email. 
The only MUA I know that can do this is RMAIL for Emacs (because, of 
course, Emacs...) Or maybe mutt or another character-cell MUA that uses 
a standard editor (eg vi) but I haven't tried.
