UEFI and booting useful isos like memtest86+

Thanks for that. I accidentally found out that I could boot a USB
Ventoy disk on power up. It did not want to do that from a re-boot.

I've run memtest86+ v6.20 and it has just come up with a very
colourful "PASS" banner on screen, having completed one pass.
