Linux Mint and support

Hello.

Having recently joined (for a particular, singular, purpose) Facebook, 
and, in posting a response to a message ("what genealogy programme do 
people use?"). and including the word Linux in my answer, a reference to 
a Linux group, was displayed, and, so, I thought "Hmm, why not search 
for Linux Mint groups?". So, I did, and, I thought other Linux Mint
