Something keep mounting a USB flash drive partition need to stop it,

Thanks I guess that was a typo but if you read the 
dumps in the post you should see the issue. I used the start up
or recovery disc creator from Focal and its a SanDisk 128Gb flash
drive. The information I posted is below. Whatever is doing
it has to be superuser I guess. I do remember I left
it in when recovering from a power outage and was surprised
it did not boot from USB but maybe it decided it
needed it for something. I have not tried to reinsert it lately.

The last mount messages are about sdb4 but then it says something about the joliet system on 1,
