I realize that security is an arms race, but JavaScript etc. is supposed
to be sandboxed so user interaction would be required to just read
random stuff.
What I'm talking about is not what web pages should be able to do, but
what I should be able to do with File/Open in the menu.
And I would also very much not appreciate if Vim suddenly not allowed me
to open random text files.
