non-snap version of FF under Ubuntu 22.04?

while you will surely not be able to open all html files from random
places, the typical documentation paths are allowed to firefox ... 

seems to me that /usr/local/doc and man should be definitely in the
permitted list, would you mind filing a bug about this so someone can
work on adding it ?
