Hi,

this reply isn't off-topic ;). I suspect that PhotoPrint provides
templates and a self-explaining GUI easy to handle by users who aren't
"professionals", who aren't "experts" and who are not interested in
becoming "professionals" or "experts".

I guess the OP is _not_ asking for Adobe, Affinity, Gimp or else. I
already mentioned that my guess is a combination of apps similar to
Snapseed and Instagram Layout.

We probably should help the OP with building PhotoPrint.

Peter, to help you building PhotoPrint please run

  lsb_release -a

from command line and post the output.

Maybe there's other software available that provides the features you
need. Please describe what you exactly want to do with PhotoPrint.
