Raspi 22.04 newer kernel

ok. - so I'm using the Raspi image downloaded from ubuntu.com
its booted and all.

I tried to do "apt install linux-generic-hwe-22.04" to get the 5.19 kernel.
This installs - I reboot - and notice its not running - I'm still 5.15

doing uname -r I also see -raspi in the kernel name.
I dont see any "apt-file search X" kernel with 5.19 and -raspi

How do I get 5.19 kernel running on raspi ?
