Bizarre,

echo performance | sudo tee
/sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu*/cpufreq/scaling_governor -> shows performance
But the cpu is still
cpu MHz : 2800.000
sometimes its 1200.

Which may be the normal max
model name : Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-7960X CPU @ 2.80GHz

How do I get the boost 3400 ?
