LTS upgrade to 22.04 stuck on snapd restart

Are you in a position to close Firefox? When I get the snap popups, I've
got two commands to deal with it.

1. snap refresh --list
To see what snap would like to update.

2. sudo snap refresh
To let snap do its updates

3. If using the command line is not acceptable, run the "Ubuntu Software"
app,(aka snap-store) select Updates and use the appropriate button to
trigger an update.
