Yes - I should have mentioned I'm using Ubuntu 22.04.1

A day after  21.10 became obsolete I upgraded my miscellaneous projects
system to 22.04. After using it for a while with no problems, I updated
this (my main computer) to 22.04 as well.

With R's computer, I waited for 22.04.1 to become available before
upgrading his system.
