Left Handed Cursor?

I HAVE a left handed mouse, no problem there.
What I want is a cursor that is also left handed.
For example the arrow cursor the point is on the left and the tail is on
the right. A left handed arrow is reversed the point is on the right and
the tail is on the left.
I have seen them on rare occasion but I do not know how to get them to
show. To me this is a BUG and a long standing one. When choosing the
left handed mouse the cursors should change ALSO.
