Haha, it's a nightmare. I've done it once, a long long time ago. The
theme is for GTK2 and GTK3. Every full moon I push a virgin into a
volcano, to ensure that the theme doesn't break.

And yes, the window decoration theme is independent form the window
content theme.

With GTK4 there's no need to care about a title bar and boarders
anymore, since there's no way to workaround CSD anymore. IOW in the near
future our desktops will look like Ronald McDonald, but it doesn't
matter, because we can't use our desktops anymore. Before we are allowed
to open a GTK app, we need to play games to get badges, that allow us to
use an app.
