I had described the theme in the original query post; it is a desktop
environment theme, named TraditionalOk, also seen named as
TraditionalOkBrave, and, it has a similar (if not the same) appearance
as the theme named Yaru Blue (which has also disappeared).
From memory, the last time that I went looking for it, when I found it
for a person who posted a query to the Debian users mailing list,
wanting a theme (I think that one), for his Ubuntu installation, I found
the theme in the gnome themes, but, it has disappeared from where I had
found it at that time.
