GNOME drops mailing lists end of this month

Mailman and other mailing list software isn't dropped. The GNOME project
drops mailing lists in favour of a forum named Discourse (not Discord).
Discourse has got a mailing list alike feature, but it suffers from
uncountable issues, such as the already mentioned "Social Credit
System".
